DELIVERY & RETURNS

Deliveries within the UK only will be made by First Class Royal Mail post. All post to Europe and Rest Of World will be made by standard airmail Royal Mail post. The following is a rough guide to how long your order should take to arrive:

UK: 1-4 working days, Europe: 4-7 working days, USA / Canada: 7-14 working days, rest of world: 7-20 working days, depending on location.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A GUIDE ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME.

Efficiency does vary between different countries’ postal services. Sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so. International customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there is unfortunately not a lot we can do to speed things up.

Undelivered Items

If your item(s) has not arrived, please check with us that your item(s) had been properly processed and sent successfully. We will consider an item(s) 'lost in post' if it hasn't reached you within 20 business days. We have to wait 20 business days for the package to be deemed 'lost' as this is the length of time Royal Mail wait until they confirm an item can be 'lost' and we can be refunded by them. In the extremely unlikely event that your item has not arrived within 20 working days, we will either re-send your item(s) or offer a full refund.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us on hello@elevaterecords.co.uk as soon as you can. We do process orders within 1-2 days after the order is made (subject to weekends and public holidays), so please contact us as close to making your order as possible or your item(s) may have already been dispatched.

Postal Charges

Our online store has a comprehensive weight-based system that charges you on the total weight of your order.

UK

Begins from £4.20 (dependant on product weight) then every time another product is added a new delivery charge will be processed (dependent on product weight). Shipping cost includes a £1.00 handling charge.

Europe

Begins from £5.16 (dependant on product weight) then every time another product is added a new delivery charge will be processed (dependent on product weight). Shipping cost includes a £1.50 handling charge.

Rest of World Zone 1

Begins from £7.56 (dependant on product weight) then every time another product is added a new delivery charge will be processed (dependent on product weight). Shipping cost includes a £2.00 handling charge.

Rest of World Zone 2

Begins from £8.06 (dependant on product weight) then every time another product is added a new delivery charge will be processed (dependent on product weight). Shipping cost includes a £2.00 handling charge.

Customs and Import Duty Charges

Please note that residents of some countries may have to pay customs or import duty charges on their order. Because these charges are levied by your government and are specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund. UK residents will not have to pay any customs or import duties.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return any item to us for any reason, please get in touch with us via hello@elevaterecords.co.uk and let us know about the issue. We will then decide what the best course of action should be; whether it be an exchange or a full refund.

Faulty goods

All goods sent out are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice and then return the goods for inspection. When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us. If a refund is made we shall endeavour to refund within 30 days. Digital Download Technical Support

If you have ordered a digital download, your download will become active as soon as payment has been processed and you can download your files using the download link within your shopping cart. You will have 3 tries in which to download something from your download link per item, after which the link will expire. If you experience problems downloading your files please contact us at hello@elevaterecords.co.uk and we will re-activate your download links.

If your downloaded files are corrupt or unusable, please contact us to let us know on hello@elevaterecords.co.uk and we will rectify the problem straight away.

Card Payment Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We do not store debt / credit card information at Elevate Records, this is dealt with by our very secure online payment gateway Stripe.

Payment

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, or us or our authorised agents are unable to contact your card issuer, Elevate Records will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal. Elevate Records are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment. You further confirm that all account details supplied by you when you order goods are true and accurate.

Availability

All goods offered are subject to availability and Elevate Records reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item, if there is no contact within 5 working days we will dispatch your order and refund the item(s) that is missing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
